Only mod warning I ever got was from spamming ?help. It was when they came up with the idea of RoboHelp. I was like: "Wth is this! It needs to DIE!". I thought they directed all the ?help messages to that guy, and that real people would get them only if I used !summon. :fear:

Moral of the story: You can't signup a squad on the name that doesn't own the squad. Type ?squadowner and you see it's not Ascention (at the time of this post)

i was signing up the squad for my friend, and i ?squadranted it back to him be4 i did this thread. And the reason i did ?help was because I wanted to know if they changed the way to signup a squad again and if not to tell them that it was down. I really only wanted a simple answer which took me nearly 30 mins and all they told me is to wait for a mod. They didnt even acholedge what i was trying to ask <_<

It sounds like the ZH would have interpreted that as needing a Op to approve or explain changes to the TWD system, information flows one way here. I wish it was different. Anything changed to TWD can only be done by the TWD Ops, goto them next time directly if you know a Zone Helper will not have the access needed to help you.

Hero, Calm the fuck down. I'm trying to resolve this issue. I don't care if you think my tone is off at least I'm not telling him to fuck off, I seriously would like to with all of this false information flying around. He was told the first time, without delay to wait for a TWD Op.. then he spammed ?help, he was warned and told a Op would message him soon. I was there on chat while it happened. I wouldn't know if TWD was changed, most staffers are not told about them so a TWD Op was needed to clear it up that's why the ZH said that. That's about it, He was just being impatient. I never said he should know who the TWD Ops were just that he should go directly to them in the future for TWD problems.

Actually if a ZH doesn't take it within a minute or so ERs and Mods ask for a ZH then take the call. It's hard to cover all hours of the night and we do need more european ZHs but I think we're getting most of the calls.
