You then did a couple more ?help calls.
You were told the email address to send an email to to complain about a staff member.
You did a ?help call saying "I don't want to send a shitty email".
You were then banned.

This thread contains the following information:

• There are ZH's that weren't briefed properly on TWD-matters
• Like RoboHelp, some ZH's dismiss any helpcall that contains the word 'TWD'
• Kolar loves writing, but hates reading
• If you want a helpcall answered, you will have to wait for a mod
• If your helpcall wasn't answered, bummer, don't try to get an answer. You probably asked the wrong question.

I think it's best to get rid of the ZH's, I seen moderators or ER's coming to base to start it, after a helpcall, while there was a ZH playing. You either hired the wrong people, or you didn't instruct them properly.
Why have a load of people hired that aren't going to do the trick anyway.
The helpdesk of Trench Wars is as good as any other helpdesk, but at least when I phone my insurance or my isp they don't threaten to ban me for asking questions.

Just so you know, a lot of ZHs have just been recruited and I've seen hardly any ?help calls go unanswered while I've been online. Most of them are taken almost instantly, and most of them by Mith.

Not really ZZ. This player lied to everyone here about his expience. The ZH told him to wait for a TWD Op to come online because he was asking about a change to the TWD System. ZHs are not told about new changes to TWD nor are any other staffers. Within reason, he could have asked every 30 mins or 15 mins using ?help, he could have used the TWD email or site form and he could have checked back by PMing the ZH. He didn't bother with any of this, he spammed, changed names and got warned for it. I even went further, I ?msg all of the TWD Ops to help this guy and what I and staff get is some bullshit story about him waiting 30 fucking mins. I am reading all of this ZZ and I was there at the time on staff chat.


This ZH did everything right and answered the call in a timely manner. This player was never warned or banned for asking a question, he was warned for spamming help and changing names to decive us. I'm sure there's a lot of people who get a lot of bad shit from TW staff, I haven't seen it but I'm telling you now, this is not one of those cases and the story is bullshit.
