I can't say I know anyone who fills those req. Then again, I haven't really gone around asking or caring to keep track of who's won what or done what in elim. ...I've started playing since 2001. I've been on Helios, STONERZ, Supremacy, Melee, Paladen, whiterabbits, and now Sk8. I'm also a staff member. I'm sure all of that has to account for something. I'd think/say anyone who knows enough about TW and has been around for a few years isn't newb.

lol, by blood's definition any good warbird who has played for ages is a vet.
But to me, any player who is good in less than 4 out 5 league ships (warbird, jav, spider, shark, terrier) can NOT, and never will be regard by me as a vet.
Blood, you have low standard. :fear:☕ 🍔 🍅 🍊🍏
