Thought i'd comment some things written on the first page concerning Staff quota among moderators.

If a ZH did not fill their quota they would probably get told/warned or similar.

If an ER would not fill their quota it wouldn't be a big deal at first but would get told/warned after a while.

Here's the funny thing, when you reach the moderator level, you can do your job for like a month or two then just sit in staff chat and relax.

I noticed this VERY WELL during my one and a half year in staff.

For a long time I wondered why this obvious problem hadn't been dealt with? Deans had changed and I thought somewhat this might change but of course not, this wasn't even treated as an issue, it was just being ignored.

Might've changed now, don't know .

sorry if you consider this a bump but im not techinichly alpying as a coder i want to be like a mod or as many people call them hosts on the game im familer to how most of the games work and familer to most rules and allmost know every sighn of a hacker now im not sure if i'd be acepted but im aplyin as a mod/host
