I like Yomama!!!, he's a good staffer/moderator and a very nice person but he never was really a good dean and I don't think he's as active or right to do the job anymore anyways. I could just say he recuited you, no need for all this text, but the truth hurts. That said he still has influence in upper staff and Smod powers as far as I know so there's no difference and as the back end of the process is unknown, it's only speculation as to how much any one of the Smods or Sysops effects things.


I'm sure Icestorm that those five people who quit just wanted power and control over people and got rejected, I've seen it happen many times in 6 years. There's not much else besides that, that would push people into leaving. What Pure does with his personal time is not the business of anyone here, it's stupid to even talk about it and so far he's filled the position well for a long time without burning out. Mantra is in there now also but there's still little hope for your brown nosing friends.

Pure does work alot.. to try and make this game everything it can be.. I didn't mean to insult him in that way. He is ontop of everything.. I've seen him take care of many hackers in seconds.. But he can't do it by himself and needs to get some help with active players.. He just is recruiting poor people, I think.

Pure has help now, Mantra-Slider is now a Dean of Staff if you just glanced at what I said. There's also staff trainers who do most of the paper work and look into new and potenial staffers. Both of them ask for duelers from us and I've given some names just like every other staffer. The problem is: ALMOST all duelers A: Don't deserve it/haven't played long eough B: Wouldn't do the job or hate TW Staff. So we end up getting the new duelers who do the job alright, which I think you and other people have a problem with, getting newer types.


I think Pure_Lucks only failing is to not removing older Moderators who do nothing but start fights on chat or use their powers only when they need to. This is not entirely his fault but because of old systems created which he has no control over. Even Pusher recrtuited some dumb fucking kids every now and then so there's no way to make sure they'll do the job and not abuse so both that point and the basing thing are moot and the rest is just stupid "Get a life" crap. You're no better for leaving and it's sad that all you have left is this, I bet it's not a lot of fun considering that this is a game!

KJW recruited for Paladen and I think they voted in people. Ive gotten far in staff actually. I was an ER last week, asked for ZH. Im a staff trainer, ECT member and I run TW Radio.

Kolar has been playing for some time now. He doesn't act like he rules anything either, when help is needed, he offers it as much as he can. It doesnt matter if hes good or not, he never claimed to be good.

Misunderstanding

I think that this whole thing was misunderstanding. That staffer tatsumaru uk is not unreasonable. I have been questioned by him a few times for my lag (I live in Singapore hence it hovers at about 300) but he understood that my lag was due to the distance from the server. Well, if you are on 390 it is best to stay in spectator mode and reconnect until you get a desirable latency. Or else, be considerate and do not play, as your eats and lag shots will cause others trouble.
