My first time experience propsing an idea to mod directly/upperstaff

I think your idea is kind of stupid, or at least asking support from staff for this.
You could just select a group of people you know and use that tag with them and do the same thing.
Staff isn't tuned well enough to yield another organ. There is too much stress on a few people and this idea will only increase that.
If you want this to work you will have to do it yourself, and as long as you don't pretend to be part of staff it will be alright.

if you want to help, you don't need to be staff, you don't even need a tag. maybe you haven't realize this yet, but there are people out there that are helping newcomers..

and that you only post what people pm you isnt a good idea to show how 'bad' they are.. cause looks like to me, you are trying to hide what you said to them leading to their responses.

What is the purpose of wearing a stupid banner? If you want to give people advice how to play, why do you need to be on staff and wearing a stupid banner? Who the heck would want that job anyway? Hanging around in the pubs handing out guidance to people who didn‘t ask for any help. I doubt people with a clue of how to play the game would actually find it rewarding and the people who would receive it would most likely just get annoyed.

I just wanted a tag, simple. However, I did not want to do it without permission first, for I know I would have been warned, perhaps something about immitating staff. Just didnt want that trouble.

And Yes, I do believe my suggestions can be helpful. You don't know what I know, I don't know what you know. I jsut want to share ideas.

I was online in the game before I had to goto work.

Current Progress:

I have helped 7 ppl. 4 of which replied with a "Thanks man", or "awesomee!"

I will name them ifthey give me permission.

I jsut want to prove a point with this reply:

I suggested this in a different thread a few days ago. But to just bump the ZH's into doing the job instead of answering help calls...
The purpose of ZH's was originally built around this job you've given the GT's... so i'm not surprised that he's thrown it out in this way.

Like i said before.. The role of a ZH needs to be re-evaluated, adding a new tag to the equation just complicates things.
