I have seen some 'complaints' counters that have big mirrors installed behind the counter so customers can see themselves as they make their complaints.

As I've said before, this is one of those dumb ideas.
But the person who came up with it had the right mind, and even after all those flames and spams, he is still "somewhat" calm/chilled. I think we (or at least some of us) are becoming the guys his <GT>s are suppose to stop.

If game tutors ever got implemented into trenchwars, do you really think they would last? Helping people is all well and good, but seriosuly this idea is bad. And laying into staff really doesnt help to acheive much, maybe a more subtle friendly approach next time?

Still, it was really ugly what has been done to me by those two staffs in the game, does not matter what you all say, I jsut know it was.
