Theres stuff that can be done to make it harder but essentially there is always a way round anything.

I know the memory space on continum is already encrypted but One idea i had would be enrcypt it using the name and unique identifier of the computer of the player. That way a hex edit cheat developed would only work on one name wouldnt work on any others.

Or you utillise some polymorphic virus techniques where running the client acctually alters the code of the client each time. This would make the possition of the hex edits required cheat change each time the cliiet is run. Obviously you would need to make it difficult to predict there new location with some random function.

You can just scan the address for increased, decreased, not changed, increased by (amount), decreased by (amount). That is exactly what CE does. Encrypting doesn't do much because you need a number to represent each item/energy, that number is reduced when one is used, and increased when you gain the item. As far as changing hte position of the addresses each time the program is run, continuum already does that, but you can find out what writes to an address (after you've scanned for it in the ways mentioned above) and just locate that the next time you run the program and find out what it's writing to, run a scan, and find the address.

lol catching em looool i was speccing one dude who used pixelhack in javs and i reported him it took about 30min before he got banned....gj staff freaking fast work...he was flying throught walls and shit

I don't know much about software, but tell me if this is possible:

If mods can watch energy gain on a specced ship, then could a bot monitor that as well? And since we will have bots in TWL, couldn't they just be set to monitor energies of players and alert staff if one or more players seem to have above normal energy recharge? Just a thought. And please don't slaughter me with computer talk if I'm wrong. I'm just trying to help.
