I believe caco has taken over with that. I believe he's working on a login of somesort so you can go and upload pics at your own wish. I'd give him some time, he has a lot of things to do probably irl, plus staff.

The problem with allowing people to upload pics using some sort of script is that you'll get a bunch of people uploading goatses and tubgirls, you'd need some soft of administration which takes time. It's still better system than the one we have now though.

Could make a system for the admin to simply click 'Accept' or 'Decline', not much time in that.

Yeah if the rate people put new pics up doesn't increase. But if they do this, people will start putting new pics a lot faster and the gallery will become more and more popular and just accepting and declining will take some time

If the guy whos responsible for the gallery is *that* busy (no update for 9 months now) would that not be the case of assigning the function to someone trusted by the staff?

A mature guy or gal with spare time at weekends would be enough, i guess.

Anyway, just a thought.

Caco <ZH> is now running the gallery. You can talk to him about getting new pictures up but he is also working on a login system so if you want to wait... He is also involved in a writing contest, he's in staff and has a job so he is busy but only recently has he taken over the gallery. Ilyaz was doing it before so give Caco sometime.
