Problem with TK'ers

Stop whining , its a frigggin PUB! TKrs have many excuses and pubbers couldn't give a shit, as lnog as they try to get you banned, they'll do it.. If it was true accdient, they will still report.. Stop pubbing, its an ez way to nto get tked :P

I just want my question answered so I can either submit a proposal or chalk it up to an isolated case of poor judgment. Besides, unless you're staff, it doesn't involve you anyway.

First of all, staff can't monitor pubs 24/7, and it also gets annoying to hear that ppl tk all the time (I'm sure staff must get millions of ?help messages about tkers). TKing is just a fact of life... or subspace... either way, if the person can be properly judged to be TKing, then staff should act and not say "it was another accident, just like his previous 2568 other tks in the past 5 hours" --though, it's highly unlikely, but in 7 minutes a person can't really get the hang of a ship that fast.

So, therefore unless he's tked for the past 5 hours, and if the staff would be kinder, I think tking would become a lot less frequent. -but let's face it, this'll never happen. Especially when ppl jump into that fat blue ship and blast everyone because it's funny... it actually is when others are laughing!

If a suggestion could be made, noobies should have minimum of 5 hours play b4 playing as a jav. (5 hours is a lucky number) (note: 0 hours for becoming a levi, cuz in pub, levi's get massacred)

I think that in counterstrike they had a good system for it (atleast i think it was CS, might have been a specific server only.. can't remember) if you killed somebody of your own team you had 3 options
1, no punishment
2, make the player start the next round with only 50% of his healt
3, kicking the player (note not banning)

instead of #2 you could shipset the person for a specific moment to a ship that can't tk like wb, spid, lanc etc.

What does the rule/procedure for mods say on this?
Since it's claimed that there are that many teamkill reports there must be something written down.
In this case it's obvious that you can't count on the judgement of all mods. Dr Marc claims to teamkill on purpose, mods claim he just has bad aim.
The sysops of this zone made it possible to teamkill, but then disallow teamkilling, then it's the job of staff to keep it from happening.
