I have cut down on playing any form of game and now I go to the gym to build my upper body and do cardiovascular workouts.
I have also get ten times more work completed now than I did when I played a lot of games. It also makes me feel better inside knowing that I have completed a lot of work, and then that is the time I start playing games.Comment

When i'm banned (which is most of the fucking time) i goto the gym, go and get wasted with my freinds, i do extra shifts for money and buy new clothes, just generally have a good time, have you noticed that this game is a detrrant? once your hooked, you can't leave, but when your banned, you have more fun then what you had on the game?

-Going out on dates, hanging out with friends, going to shindigs and the like
