once again someone brings sb to the forums, and once again, it will lose interest in a few days....

As for the maps, the current settings are good in ?go autosb, except get rid of ships 3-8. Or in the case of ?go Strikeball, make games end at 10 and make the wormholes work.

you know i'm all for this(if you don't... well i haven't played in a while :P), but it probably won't work.

First of all, if autosb would start going on, I think we need to motivate players with the league, which was last ran by Dotsy and Holybird (or was it Dyers eve?) (as once I think), however there is noone to continue Dotsys support on strikeball.

I wish the league was back, and if there is someone to do it, and run it, I bet strikeball would live again.

I'd be happy to run the league again but I'm not doing it on my own. I need some website support from someone. :P So if anyone has some good idea's to get the league roling again, contact me in game!

This game is great but theres never anyone playing. The reason is because the name is fukin shit...autosb... WTF? Change the name and people will at least stop by.

If this goes, are gonna have "seperate" squads, not connected to the twd system? I mean, if Ancients isn't in to this I wouldn't be able to play.. and other people on other squads..

It seems better to me to try to concetrate the players who DO wanna play on a bunch of squad next to the twd squads.

Mr Mike was the creater of speedball (i think, could be magoo or someone, it was def some No Surrender old school guy) and he won't let anybody have fun with something he invented, even though he doesn't play anymore, because he's got a penis for a nose and he's selfconcsious. Anyways, thats why wadi shades child and other made the go strikeball, same sb initials, basically same settings, basically same map. We had oldschool Speedball league, and we ran one season of strikeball, but it has always died to do lack of interest.

It was Mr. Mike who made the map along with CHAINBREAKER from NS. Mr.Mike is never online anymore...got married & not sure if he moved away...would have to contact Mrs.Magoo on that one. Magoo knows Mike personally and can fill in the info on Mikes status.

Original map is still up on the Powerball Sever. Arena = Speedball

Personally I like the newer maps, as it was made to stop the cheap 1/2 court shots. Wadi made the new map if I am not mistaken...and I have not seen wadi online in a year now.

Use the new map as it will stop alot of the one shot wonders that only know how to shoot from a breakaway at 1/2 court....also makes you pass and play as a team!

On any other way I would be glad to help to run the StrikeBall League, and help it get started etc. if it is needed, just need to know how to.

Also if the StrikeBall bots need some editing or so, I think I could find one from TWDev to do it, however I cant promise anything on that. Also on that I need to know what needs to be done for them or are the bots already ok.

Well if this takes off again...I am for staying on "Velocity" depends if X-Machine and the rest come back.

4+ seasons and they have all failed....will be a hard league to make work, especially if it gets dumped due to TWL taking over for bot's and mods.
