If it is a legitimate claim of doing no wrong then tell Wil to email bans09@trenchwars.org including your BAN ID for in-game related bans and contact twforums@gmail.com with your forum name to resolve any forum ban issues.

My advice: if he's having a hard time the best place for him is to be with those who care about him, not on some fake internet game/forum. There's no point is comming back to be banned again because you can't control yourself.
