Here's something to consider: what if other ships besides the weasel were made small? I mean, of all the ships, the weasel's probably the worst to have done that to because it can also cloak. Think of the possibilities if other ships were shrunk instead.
Imagine if terrs were able to fit through those small holes. That would make a faster-paced, more intense game, and encourage more people to terr. Flag room battles would be more frequent. On the downside, flag room battles may become too frequent. Javs would also be more likely to toss bombs to try to kill the terr.
What if the shark were shrunk? That would open up new repping and mining opportunities. They could fit into tighter spaces and create better repping angles. They might even play a larger, more active role in offense rather than the reactive defensive roles they play now. On the other hand, this might cause more people to shark. Maybe even too many. While it's hard to find people willing to play as one, it's a fine line before you get too many sharks, which can cause bigger problems.
What about the other ships? They each have positives and negatives. I'm not suggesting that any of these should go through, but this is the kind of outside-the-box thinking that we don't do enough of.
