    beeing staff is like marrying SS. At first comes honeymoon, it's sweet full of loyalty and perfect order. Then it gets more and more boring and ppl start to do silly things with powers and even abuse. It's gonna take a while before this staffer will start banning ppl that call him newb while he is on a bad mood. After that this staffer turns to ignorant, arrogant, and useless egobrain sitting in spec. Then he turns to more or less nice guy and quits staff.. and it feels like taking off heavy weights from your shoulders.


    Nothing personal, but this is how it usually goes. Melo didn't follow this i think.
