Staff Applications

For some reason, I'm guessing that few people will be chosen out of this application process. I can just imagine the amount of people trying to be amusing with their application, or not taking it seriously, or any other problems.

And what brought about the application? I always considered the fact of being invited as part of the honor of being on TW staff? Shows how much I know.

It's a good idea, but make sure you get around all of the BSers that suck up on the applications. Trash people who have only been playing for months :P

I think the application may have been an way to create a skills inventory of the community so that when they need somebody who can do something, they can look in the db for people.

maybe the system can be setup as the following:

when an aplication is submitted, an automated email can be sent to the aplicants exclaiming that "Your Staff application has been received, we are now processing your application, please allow 1-2 weeks for application processing, at that time, you will receive either an accepted, or rejected email."

However, for the sake of proper application handling there should be an email stating that your application has been received and will be processed soon.
It (may) have taken some time for the participant to fill out the application, a little confirmation email isn't too much to ask?

i want to do a staff application form. after my 1 year net ban is over from doing 1000 thors, 1000 decoys, infinate energy in elim, and also prizing myself rockets to escape those lamecasters in public.
Apart from that i am well liked; well by the white folkes because i tend to let the ni er ..gg word pop out from time to time. But once i get my staff powers i will stop the cheating.
