If you've ever called your ISP or your phone company or something along those lines, depending on who your carrier is, you often get alot of automated "bot" responses. Half the time I call my ISP I get "sorry we are very busy right now please call back later," and I know this isn't all ISP's. But I do have to say that these are businesses, making a good amount of money and they're technical support system is often times less effective than Trench Wars support system, and ours is volunteer run. Well anyways, Im not saying we shouldnt strive to be better at taking help/cheater calls and making sure they are answered well, Im just saying that before you complain about how bad something is, look around to see how much worse other things can be.

Oh and we dont need additional staffers with another title, <ZH>'s can handle the job, its just that <ZH>'s are constantly quiting, being fired, or being promoted so the time in between where the new staffers are hired to take their place we have a shortage of <ZH>'s.

yesterday night on dev chat, Twerp did 3 help calls, asking ONE simple question and there ~WERE~ staff members online because a staffer could confirm that, however they did not answer it.

btw where is falker I miss his hostings!

The ZH's do theer best i'm sure, plus they have to answer multiple questions constantly

Having ZHs is bad enough (I never liked this position), but making yet another level of staff even below that? It's not going to help.

This is already the job description of the ZH, and if they can't do it right, then there's no way that HRs would do that job right either.

If you want to help out the <ZH>s and from what i've read I'll assume you will volunteer to do this so you can someday get staff.. Why don't you take the responisibilty yourself, and help people out without having the <HR> tag

That is how most of the <ZH>s got the job, when a person asked a question, that person used their knowledge to help that player out

I help people everyday, yet i'm not staff, I know alot of others who help out people every day, yet they are not staff... staff isn't knowledge based anymore.. that's why staff isn't what its used to be anymore.
