Within the past couple monthes I have read countless trencher's complaints about how <ZH>'s never accept help calls, or rarely ever do so without sending a Robohelp message, usually useless to the player.
This is why I think that making a new, very low level of staff (maybe even without granting powers) which does nothing but answer help calls would be a great idea:
1) With the new staff position, lets say they're called "Help Responsers" or <HR>'s, the help calls sent from the tw population WILL be answered by the <HR>'s, as it is they're only job. With the <HR>'s also answering these helps calls, this allows the <ZH>'s to be able to answer more indepth questions such as ?cheater or racism calls, and allow <ER>'s to stick to their event hosting.
2) On top of releiving the job of the ZH's and ER's, <HR>'s could also act as a "farm staff position," in that players who show they handle the job well, could be better choices for new <ZH>'s, rather then players who are just picked outta having been known, or caught being nice to pubbers, etc.
3) Finally, I think that the addition of this new staff position would add much more, not to mention faster, responses, resulting in an overall increase in TW player satisfaction.
I chose to use <HR> as a sample, and it would not necessarily be the name i would choose if it were up to me.
