Alright, I had a chat with Pure_Luck and here's the info I got.

- Priitk has been emailed (Yes, I said this before). And I was told that Priitk usually responds quickly. Now, I know you're all thinking "It's been a few days now, wtf?". Well, its a weekend, he's off and probably not checking his emails at his office much until monday (ie: today). So, we should get a response soon, get everything fixed.

- Big question is why did the bots crash? Well, we have an issue with some of our TWBots from RoboQueen (the said bot that crashed). Certain events can't be hosted from certain bots, and someone accidentally hosted a game which is one of those glitchy events. I'm not naming names or events, cause thats not the kind of guy I am. Nobody is in trouble for it, it was an accident, accidents happen. But, the bot crashed due to an error in the code.

I'll be happy to answer any more questions regarding the situation. We're answering the ?help calls. I hope this post/thread clears up all the speculation that we've been having the past couple of days and we can all be on the same page. For the time being, since there is no TWD, I'm gonna move for an all-week Tourny. If you wish to play a TWDD/J/B match, ask one of our <ER>s or Mods and I'm pretty sure they'll be glad to oblige, as I'm sure they want to play some TWD as well. And, our ?go duel, TWEL system is still up and running for you 1v1 junkies.

I'm sorry for what happened, I'm suffering as much as you guys, since I just got back into playing TWDD with Paladen and I was pretty excited to start the new season. But, lets stick it out and we'll have some fun, still.

The entrance message is being used by the marketing team and the forum only has so many visitors and we're trying not to turn it into an announcements forum so much.

Like Chao said elfbot is alerting people about the down time in ?go TWD. Odds are that Priitk will fix it tonight or tomorrow. This is no different then any other down time.

I'm beginning to wonder how much Wark would care about how much the public was informed about the TWD downtime if he was still staff.




Just because you're not staff anymore doesn't mean that staff will fall apart or that it's incompetant. Perhaps also, you are not always right. There's a scenario.
