could you incorporate the ability to play as the nightwasp? Thats always an interesting prize that is clearly noticable but doesnt affect game play whatsoever. kinda like temp bragging rights.

sweet, sounds fun. someone made a good point though, about the lower level squads.. maybe it should be divided off into some way like top 10 or 20 squads do one, and then the bottom 20.. but that gets involved and complicated or something. i have no idea, but it sounds like a good idea and i'll be there to watch or whatev.
either prize sounds good. i'd probably pick the events if it was up to me.. 10 events of our choice if we win? thats a pretty sweet prize in my opinion :P

Does a squad have to play 5 players. I mean that that I care anymore or anything but Brainwave goes from having like 20 people online to having like 2 people online in a matter of minutes so ... does a squad have to play 5 people? I might even come back to SS and join Brainwave for this one event! WWWOOO!

And ... if you add a handicap on. *looks at bottom of ladder* We all know Brainwave is better than the bottom of the table so ... ez win for us =P

Imo, lesser squads shouldn't get any handicap. TWL is for the best squads in the game, and TWD is how we pick them. The only way to get more points in TWD is by playing better. If you need handicaps and handouts to get in TWL you shouldn't be there at all.

If you don't have enough player you can still play. The maximum amount of players you can put in is 5. The minimum is 1.

yeah, understood. but.. this is a TWD deathmatch, for the sqauds in TWD. not about TWL.. so having sake or quicksand vs brainwave or petswonder just doesnt seem fair.

How is it not fair? My squad is most likely going to be spawning the shit out of other squads while the newbier squads will be hiding somewhere not dying. Then when I'm 32-9 some newbie will stray me from a corner and brainwave will win

I have no understanding for the "It's not fair" argument.

You all start with exactly the same lives, ships etc? Nobody starts with an advantage. Sure, they might be BETTER than you, but that doesn't make it unfair.

I think it's unfair towards those who has put alot of effort into this game to become good that we give those who has put less effort an advantage. If you are not good enough to beat your opponent then you're gone, go practice.
