It's the little indicator that is supposed to indicate to you which of the two teams in a timed, two team game is winning the best of 5 match. It doesn't work though and I'm pretty sure you can't remove it because of the way the public arenas are configured at the moment.

remove a few lines in the .lvz

takes about 2 seconds to do.. I don't have the official .lvz file so i can't edit it and I don't know if they are still working on it
