What's going on with Trench Wars and Leviathans?

First we have basing weekends where Levis cant attach and no private frequencies are allowed, now it's no Levi attaching ONLY.

If the people at Trench Wars don't like them then get rid of them, don't pick on 'em.

I have also got a suggestion.

Levis should be able to purchase x-radar, at a very high price.
