TWDD Tournament - Dec. 9 and 10

I really don't think a loss is going to warrant us a squaddissolve at all.

I know it's late now but this was done too soon after the reset. It was a slow week for us activity-wise, we'll probably be in the top 5 by the time the tournament starts and we were 40th when the rankings were determined. That right there indicates a problem. Maybe you should've taken the top 16 from before the reset?

You may argue there was "plenty" of time but in the end the point is the top 16 squads are not really being represented.

I guess it's all just for fun, but it's still an easy 75 points for whichever good squad happened to be active the week following the reset.

Left eye I was just complaining about ash not getting in to the tournament we would rly have wanted to play in. Just seeing squads that rly aren't gonna be any competition to some squads is just sad to see and those games will be a waste of time imo... qs vs stoners 50-1 if stoners get lucky <_< those the games you all wanna see in the tournament then fine lets leave it at that. Ans also it is great to see that even some staff are willing to do something for the community....... timeing was still crap

i definately would rather play ash in this tournament thingy than stonerz too, ash will make twl, stonerz will not, its just not really useful for us to play stonerz when twd is more of a prep for twl for squads like qs and ash

Lefty seriously take the Giant-Pile-Of-Garbage out of the tourny and add Ash. I knew they were willing to play, but were probably unaware of the tourny. Giant, on the other hand, don't deserve to. They played squads that are even worse than them to barely make it to top 16 (laming). Then a next day they started regular dd's with average squads as they usually play and ended up 40+ on ladder. All they do is make this tournament look bad. Might not be very fair to remove them now but guess what.. life isn't fair!

Nobody ever said that this tournament would consist of the best 16 TWDD squads in TW, it said it would consist of the top 16 squads on the TWDD ladder. It was intentionally done this way so that the tournament would consist of some squads that probably wont qualify for TWL. I know the odds of them winning the tournament are low but atleast they were given the opportunity to compete, whereas this TWL season it might be more difficult to qualify thus not allowing some of these squads to play in TWLD. Just trying to give everyone a chance to have some fun, Im pretty sure Ash won't have too much trouble qualifying for TWL.

Once again taking away the joy of competition. Why not just make a special tourny for pubber squads then? It's better in every way you look at it: newbs would compete against someone their own level and not get raped and eliminated insantly, and they wouldn't annoy and waste the time of people on good squads who want to play squads their own level.
