The game I am from has not squads, but clans and guilds...

Most of the clans have over 100, and the guilds have over 300...

for example, this is the link to a clan that WAS in bz, but they died in bz about 6 months ago, however, they are in over 20 games..

You can have a clan, but in TW you need to have squads otherwise no one will know you are all together.

Good Luck in coordinating anything in TW as well. You can only fit 35 people in a pub arena. No way you are getting a big team on the same freq.
