It's not the idea that a ban is difficult to evade that is the kicker (because I'm sure people have written tutorials on it before, i.e. Catid). It's more the federal involvement I would be concerned about. And with your skills being less than that of a script kiddie (I am inferring this based on how impressed you seem to be with yourself over being able to evade a ban), you aren't really a threat to anyone but yourself. Anyone who is banned who doesn't want to be is probably already evading or isn't as unscrupulous as you are.
