Kolar, gashi is a map editer, you could edit your map, take away walls, add walls, add safety zones. Method created this, that was gashi 1 and for gashi 2 he created a trojan that when people went to change their maps it would send there profile.dat to his personal website and he could steal their passwords, names and chats. He was also the guy who showed me CE, he taught me a few things then i taught myself the rest.

And some of you people don't know, that i told lnx lwhen this first come out, i told him everything their was about it and how it worked, so he could produce a bot to detect it. And also when Pure_luck thought someone was cheating are who he thought was cheating, he'd come to me, and i used to tell him who was cheating too. Just because i don't broadcast what i've done to help with CE doesn't mean i havn't.

And Pure_Luck tell these people why i orginally got banned then Rudy made it into a life ban. I had just left QS whilst they were in TWL and Reaver had this squad going called Revenge, i asked him if i could join and he said sure, come to #rvnge and i'll tell you password and stuff. Whilst i was in there, he said he was always curious how it worked (A few months before this he asked me to teach/show him CE in private arena, but i thought it was a staff setup to get me banned, so i told mantra-slider, showed him the logs and stuff and all he got was a slap on the wrist) Anyway back to my ban...Reaver was still curious how it worked and asked me to infanite something, so i said sure, prize me a decoy and ill infanite it, so i did, and spread 100 ivf's around #rvng, he was inhisterics and prized me a thor (like a dumb fuck, not knowing they send an ILLEGAL WEAPON to server, i set a couple off) so income running Pure_Luck, i thought that he'd let it go if reaver said he wanted to see something but reaver faked afk and i took the wrap, only thinking i'll get a short ban. Turns out i get a lifeban from TW and have no chance of being allowed in again.

Yes, i have cheated, but do i deserve a lifeban? So should Sika be lifebanned for his previous cheating? or should whole of sake roster be banned for their previous cheating?

Surely a lifeban is just asking for an evasion? i mean if i got a year ban from TW i'll be able to outwait that, but with a lifeban thats just saying "vys you might aswell evade because your never getting unbanned"

I'm not asking for a banfree or unbanned, im asking for a ban thats strict but reasonable, like a year ban.

You're one hell of a liar, I never let you join Revenge and never had any intentions of doing so. If you don't believe me ask anyone who was on Revenge, nobody on Revenge wanted you to join. As for the rest of your story that's BS too, I distinctly remember that day, I was in #afk, on the phone, alt tabbed, you asked if you could come in and what the private arena was. I gave you the arena name, you came in, asked to be prized a thor, I prized you a thor, while still alt tabbed. P_L came in, asked what was going on, told him I was alt tabbed and on the phone didn't know what was even going on and then you were banned. There was nothing with decoys, there was nothing about you showing me how to use CE, you never even told me what you were doing. What's even more surprising, is that people on these forums are sympathizing you, let alone believing this garbage. Oh and just for the record, saying if the ban was a year you'd wait it out is another lie, your original ban for that was a year and you couldn't wait it out then you wouldn't wait it out now, even though that's not the point, the point is you don't deserve that opportunity.

Tell these people about how you asked me to show/teach you CE, but i logged it and told Mantra-Slider, and you then you hated me because you didn't want to sociate with a snitch, remember that? It's funny when staff do something they just get told off, but the public get banned for ages. Like i remember my first 100 day netban, and Tastumaru did the exact same thing and he got a month ban from TW and his staff powers away for 2 week after arrival.

I wasn't personaly trying to get you introuble Reaver, i was just trying to picture the situation to readers, so they had an insite on how my ban happened. I just don't like the fact that this system has one rule for one and one for another, like Method, yes i'll be constantly bringing this up because this is a perfect example of unfairness. I'm his a freind and i'm not trying to get him re-banned, i'm just trying to get some answers why someone with a worse track record, who was also lifebanned and gets unbanned? I'm not trying to make you unban me but surely the ban lengths are outrageous. 1 year bans from TrenchWars aren't bad because you can play other zones, but 1 year netbans and lifeban from Trench Wars is just a ban that no active person who likes playing the game/zone can do. The old 100 day netban, were long but stern, and are actually outwaitable.

I'm tired of the propraganda that staff try and portrait me as. You know farewell that Pure_Luck wouldn't stick up the likes of a "cheater" he'll know it wasn't in #afk, but he'd post something nice for his team staff, he wouldn't want to cause shit when its all well and fan-doodle in trenchwars and that i'm lifebanned. Let me assure you I do not benefit from holding grudges against anyone. Everyone's bans are just 0's and 1's that I keep track of. I don't care if you're the princess of Monaco, a ban is a ban.

Vys, your permanent ban is solely based on a strike two provision. Nobody in this game likes a cheater (besides Paradise and Exalt apparently). So with me, you only get once chance to redeem yourself, and that follows being initially (net)banned for a total of anywhere between 100 and 365 days. DoCk> once banned you for using gashi back in '05. Since returning from that, I have had every man and his dog making claims they have seen you cheating, despite your constant reassurances otherwise.
Finally you slip up and get caught red handed a second time doing the thor thing. Ba-bow! Instant permanent local ban. Simple as that.

Ask me how many others are permanently banned along with you if you think you've been unfairly targeted. You have to take into consideration anyone who has hacked the game more than once, either in this zone or another, within days, weeks, months, or even after their first year. Method was one of those people, as was Zerzera (who despite being initially perm-banned, is unbanned due to his honesty in serving out a year long term). Pure_Luck came to an agreement with Method. I was quite happy to keep him perm-banned, but personal assurances were made by Pure_Luck himself that Method would behave henceforth (and he has). Perhaps you might one day fall into that same category, but your constant evasions and threats to evade have disqualified you from being unbanned any earlier than is deemed neccesary for you to grow the fuck up.

I don't want to be wasting my time rebanning the same people who cannot control their urges to fuck with a game that is played by hundreds of other people who expect a level playing field. I owe it to them to do what I can to keep this ancient game as clean as possible, if only to dedicate my efforts to those same people that keep this game alive and kicking for as long as it has.
I'm good at this, everyone in zone staff knows it. You would be hard pressed finding someone better at it than I am. I don't expect you to give me credit. A pat on the back is something I don't expect from anyone given the daily abuse that comes with this role. Just take it on good faith that my moral compass always points North and you'll never need complain.

Well I don't think Rudy is entirely innocent of holding grudges. Don't get me wrong here, I could care less about the Reaver/Vys thing and I hope Vys never gets unbanned but I've personally fallen victim to Rudy's enforcement tactics.

Constantly extending a TW ban, for an ex-staff member and someone who has never been banned before mind you, just because you claim that I "harassed" i.d. doesn't seem altogether fair. Hell a month ban for someone who has never been banned is unfair in and of itself. But you extended it four times and I ended up serving almost 2 and a half months for some retarded shit (basically I made fun of i.d. and hurt her feelings so she and her protector wanted to keep me banned). Multiple upper staff members agreed with me (ironically, not PL) and I was finally unbanned after they spoke with Rudy about the abuse.

But I guess that that is neither here nor there now.

EDIT: I'm going to conclude by saying that I think Rudy does a good job at his position. Of course we've had our run-in as outlined here but I don't fault the guy for listening to that walrus. Sure it was a bit outside of even the spirit of the rules but I genuinely believe Rudy is mostly concerned with maintaining order in a disorderly and outdated game.

I think a perm ban is in order here not only because of the cheating, but it would do them good to get away from this game and get a fucking life.
