I'd like to be the first in congratulating you on losing one of your finest staffers of all time. And all over porn? That is just simply disgusting -- learn to be more understanding.

Being completely honest here. I used to look up at the TW Staff as mentors, and always think "That's where I wanna be at." But now, I'd really have to question joining if offered. I don't know if this is a transitioning phase or what, but you guys need to get it together -- fast.

Axe people, hire new, whatever you need to do to solve the problem. Just do it.
