...Continuum! Some guy in Belgium has killed 4 people in his street and wounded 7! When the cops caught him he told them he was 'sniping' which he learned in a game called continuum... Our gouvernement is now thinking of banning this game in Belgium and maybe in whole Europe!

Such a shame that because someone who doesn't know how to separate reallity from fiction can cause so much damage. About banning the game i don't think they will, it has happened before with other games and no1 did anything about it. About the life loses... yeah i think something should be done about it -_-
When i heard it on the radio he had suicided himself after getting cought by the police and they are not revealing the id of the killer.

Actually in all fairness to the guy in question. The line between reality and Game is quite often scewed. As we often revolve our lives around TWL and such. So tell me again. whats the reality?

And I think we should set up a TW memorial for those killed.

I was listening to the news in the radio and after investigating the killers house the police found out about the game the subject played, they were astonished has the player had above 3k hours played on the same name. He had once been reported to have strange and violent behaviours with his class mates and friends but nothing indicated what was to happen today in the morning when he decided to "snipe" his friends on the street with his father's hunting rifle.
Even though i don't think the this game can influence someone to act in the discribed manner the fact he mentioned the game repeatedly and had such a higher usage points out that he probably "lived" the game to much, so yes i guess a memorial would be appropriate.

So was this guy flying around in a spaceship shooting at people with white pellets? I mean, I'll be the first to admit that I've flown around in a warbird outside of subspace but I haven't ran into any other warbirds while out so I didn't feel the need to shoot anyone. Astronauts that aren't in their spaceships aren't really astronauts at all
