That might be because pure pub is at the top of the arena list and so called "newbies" don't know how to change arenas so the arena that gets full first is the pure one. Just leave Pub 2 always open for levs and think if the other arenas need lev.

This is not true, and how many of those newbies will there be on at one time, 2?
The arena caps at 35, but it's almost always filled to it's maximum capacity (40), and the other pubs go empty because people rather go to other arena's than playing in a pub that isn't pure.

What I read from your argument is "give us the clueless newbies, so we can blast them out of the zone"

There is no way you can claim that someone would choose to go base in an arena with levies. You just can't, it's flawed logic.
You can say; I want people to base in my Levi arena, but you can't say that someone, even clueless newbies, would want to stay in a Levi arena if they were only put there by random. Did you even THINK when you posted?

I've been lobbying to get rid of pure pubs since they came to TW. However, they will never get rid of pure pubs because almost half of all players who are playing in pubs at any given time hate levis. Besides there are other ways to get massive amount of killed in pure pubs... like tube mining.

Why is it that they dont let levs in pure pub but, they let in javs. Ive been tked more by a jav then a lev. I think that without javs the pubs would be cleaner and more pure.

The word "pure" refers to basing, not TK's from sloppy play. Levis and priv freqs are disabled in Pure Pub because they aren't allowed in TWBD or ?go base, either.
