And since bw actually went up against a capable pene line, unlike the thunder line you guys beat, you can either tell me that bw are still no bodies, therefore admitting that qs are no bodies as well, or admit that I must be someone, whether you reckonise my name or not. Your choice :P

at some point you have to start wondering how Quicksand can try to claim that they are superior, I'm not even talking about the records they put out but the over all quality of the squad. I'll openly give you credit for winning the 4v5 match, because even though you clearly had a better lineup it is still no easy win.

Brainwave isn't the best squad, but if you think you're in any position to criticize a squad that has worked hard to perform as well as it does then you can go fuck yourself. You clearly haven't followed this squad, and you don't know how much it has improved or how hard certain players have worked to help shape and mold basers to become better and more efficient.

Actually I was on Penetrate and the lines would always include turmio, I can't exactly say that for sure since I stopped following them in TWL once I quit but for the most part he is on their top line. MBananas isnt on their "top" line but he would be a useful sub.

I said capable not best. I was sat in bw's freq speccing telling them pene were not playing their best line since they were guanteed their playoff spot, but their line was certainly a fairly good line.

I can't blame haters for being haters, but at least get your facts straight before you start rewriting history. First off---Turmio is a starter. Secondly---Mbananas lagged out within the very first minute of the game and was subbed by another starter---Tsumetai. And before the game was over, they had subbed in starters for all but 1 of the benchers that the Caps and A's were cool enough to give an opportunity to. Why would they do that if they didn't care about winning?

The fact is, Brainwave won because they simply played a better game. Acidbomber was a fucking David Blaine magician with his portals and bursts. He could have escaped from Guantanamo Bay with the way he was getting greened. And he got a solid performance from his sharks and spiders.

With everything to prove and something like 130 people watching in spec, it would have been easy for Brainwave to choke---but they were clutch. Give them their due. They earned it.

I'd just like to point out that any of the subs made in that Brainwave game were due to lag. Except for d1s' sub of course, as soon as he got positive we wanted to forever seal it as such.

If MBananas hadn't lagged out, I wouldn't have subbed in for him. And Duel Pasta wouldn't have been subbed out either.

That being said, everyone who was actually in the game tried their best (at least I did) to win. We just put in a B lineup (with just the Terr, one starter shark, and one starter spid being normal) which gradually morphed into an A- lineup as the game progressed. Acidbomber pulled a Neo on us and wiggled out of more tight spots than we could, so they really did deserve the win in the end.
