Is it illegal for a player to make a deal with another player to go get banned if a certain situation ends in a certain way, as in a bet?
Let's say that Norway and Sweden had a football match, and both me and Mantra-Slider bets a ban on our country to win. Norway wins (ofc), and Mantra goes off to spam racism/cheat. Should I then get a ban as well?
Staff will never aid someone in a ban duel (like banning, locking spec, or any other moderation), and that's about all we can do about it.
Banning both players in a ban duel would be stupid, because the winner could easily claim that he never intended to go through with it himself, and just wanted to see if the other player were dumb enough to go get banned. Staff can't just go in and assume a deal to exist in a certain illegal way, then assume that both players are serious about it, or that there is a deal at all.
I think everyone knows how bad loopholes are getting used, and that it leaves alot of mess with it. If we make rules that can't be 100% enforced, and can't be 100% consistent, then we're sure to create shit for someone to exploit.
