Well not first 8, but atleast 8 squads are needed to begin the league. You must play 5 preseason games, games can be 4v4, but 1 game must be a 5v5 match though. Once you meet that, then you will qualify for the league.

I'm letting 404 leave if he wants to help another squad because I let him join as a friend in the first place and if he thinks he can help another squad then that is fine because I think I have enough.

I appreciate you having me on U_S Trunks...yes we have known one another for many years in TW and SB. Thanks for allowing me to have joined you all, but I think I can help out more on another squad and have joined IDDQD.

Looking forward to a scrim or two! I finally had the chance to play on the same squad as Avatar...well it was fun! Avatar_Hero, my nemesis who seemingly stuck to me like glue in past season killin my ass. We will have to see if I can avoid that this season?

Two preseason matches occurred earlier today. Quickball vs. Got Balls? and Quickball vs. Elites. Here are the results:

Quickball vs. Got Balls?
First Half: 10-2
Second Half: 5-3
End of Regulation: 15-5
Winner: Quickball

Quickball vs. Elites
First Half: 5-2
Second Half: 5-3
End of Regulation: 10-5
Winner: Quickball

Quickball moves to 5-2 while Got Balls? and Elites have yet to capture their first win. Got Balls? drops to 0-2 and Elites to 0-1 after losing their first match.

This is why you limit it to around 4 squads in the first season

A bunch of us are sitting on the fence waiting for you to join the 5th squad so we can jump on the bandwagon.

I suggest using MessageBot as an easier means to find a squad for a game. I can make the captain of each squad an operator on the channel. Then simply PM MessageBot with !announce Strikeball:[message here] to find squads looking for games. This might make it less hard to find challenges. So far, the captains that have joined, I will make them operators. Join the channel everyone, just copy and paste this and push enter: :MessageBot:!join Strikeball
