Continuum .39

No Continuum .39 is not released. The version I will be handing out will look no different than .38 or .39pr1.

This version contains fixes for the many bugs that players have been experienceing. The council typically tests betas, yes, but becides one who tested it and fixed their issues, none are reporting anything wrong. Therefore Continuum .39 has no value to them, and we must have the public test it for us.

(So what should I do?)
Just wait, and send anyone you know who has any bugs/issues to Polix or have them email him (pressuredintoit@gmail.com). We will be doing many biller wide messages, but they only reach so many players.

This stuff
Known bugs:
1. Getting stuck in process tree.
2. Not loading on Vista.
3. Not working with some nVidia cards, or having issues with them.
4. Randomly crashing.
5. Other misc glitches.
6. And many other minor bugs.

How to get it
Again, either PM Polix on the forum or email him (pressuredintoit@gmail.com) and he will get it to you. Please let him know the issues you are having. Then, email him back and let him know if the new version has or has not fixed your issues.

Acouple things,

I'm not sure if its been said, but the new version has no new features. It will have fixes for bugs, fixes for cheats,and stuff like that. If it is released to users who are having these problems they will not be able to use it to login to any zone unless they have sysop access.

I just got a copy of Cont .39, and let me tell you, it is HOT. OH MAN.

Actually, just as what Mav posted said, it only fixes bugs. I was having the process tree problem for a long time, but reinstalled a couple months ago and it was gone. However, an annoying delay (20s?) to load a zone still existed. .39 fixed this. Loads like a veritable dream.

Mostly I just wanted to make some cheeky comment about being one of the first people to use it, as though this would, finally, make me cool. However, this simply isn't true.

So, cheats wont be fixed this time around? They need to incorporate something to detect that a standard ship is its correct pixels, so these damn javs will stop flying around at 8-10 pixels and wbs will stop freezing their pixels to -10 when staff isn't in arena.
