Ban information should be public, for many reasons, ffs ill even list a few:
1) Having people know what you did can be a deterant
2) I dont want cheaters on my squad, once a cheater always a cheater
3) Why shouldnt the tw community know, it does effect us as a whole

Being banned myself for six months for something i wouldnt give two shits if people knew i was banned. Everyone who knows me or cares knows im banned for promoting idiocy but surely with .40 i cant cheat anymore so i should be allowed back right? Wrong

Everyone would like me to write articles, i could give inside knowledge and accounts on some great times.

Everyone keep an eye out for an updated and more complete newsletter to hit the site soon [I'll announce it]. Still waiting to see how this will pan out, I'm not promising anything long term, but if I keep getting feedback or people interested in submitting articles for the newsletter- I'll keep making it. Read the news letter, liked some of it thought some of it was a bit weak, but a great idea. Heres what id like to see as a player.

-Bannings : whos banned and why.
-Unbannings : whos just got unbanned?

Squad news : unusual recruitings/funny ones. Axings. Dissolving. Good squad runs. etc etc

Player writen articles by people who care. Id happily write a flame on why dice is shit and why pandora is now fucked due to .40

Make it relevant to the game.

...And maybe to elaborate a bit on where all the pedophiles/psychos congregate so we can hone the NASA laser inbound but moreso the hot spots on where to watch college co-eds disrobe, grope and just have at it...and post coitus banner preferences (ours moreso than theirs). Thank you **bow**

2) More forum news. As I'm very busy nowdays I don't have the time to dig out the best topics and scim them for good reads. I want everything now, quick and efficient. Threads to read, excellent posts, general things happening around the forum.

3) Once TWL starts, match reports. You'll probably find volunteers if you ask around. Other TWL stuff also appreciated.

Good call on the RSS I plan to implement that... but first thing first- I need to standardize the format and get the newsletter on it's feet.

And the forums are a great place to bring people back into the game. I think we have a pretty entertaining, lively forum (all things considered), so plan on seeing plenty of stuff from here in the newsletter.

I really want to cover the TWL stuff, it would be nice to have someone write short recaps of the good matches and I could include those. If anyone reading this gets deeply immersed in TWL and wants to help, contact me.. otherwise I'll go around asking in-game.

I could offer some stuff in terms of staff but I think you're going to need a lot more people contributing. Rudy does not want ban information released to the public, we've discussed it before. I'm not sure but I think he's still not willing to release that kind of information. I've also discussed the publishing of Moderator names to the forum list, which PL and Kim did not feel was necessary as Moderators should be undercover. I try to update the forum list several times a month but it's getting harder to do it every time. A content manager would probably have done better then multiple forum threads.

i love getting the full scoop right before bed.
