At first my my lagg was better, I live on the East Coast, so that's normal that it went down. Well, my ping is still at around 20 or so (with a cable modem), but i have 10% s2c ploss constantly.

I WAS gonna donate, but I'm having second thoughts :/

Do a trace. Most people aren't having 10% ploss, so... it's probably something on the way, not the server.
