The Public Arena Limit has been lowered to 35. I have done this because my goal to have 50/50 split of Pure Publics and normal Publics did not work out as I had planned. The top two, and often the third Public arena would be full, meaning there was often more Pure Publics than normal Publics. Hopefully bringing down the arena limit will mean we have 4 full Public arenas during peak times, so that there is a true 50/50 split. If needs be, we may have to go down as low as 30 players per Public, but this would be necessary for our population and goals. Comments and feedback are welcome as usual. Thanks.

Way to go off topic, and off topic into MTG...
Anyway, not sure if this is gonna work out, you will get:
Public 0 - 35
Public 5 - 35
Public 32 - 8 (6 or so in spec)
When this happens, you can't move into a more populated pub and you're stuck in a crappy one. Happened to me and I got fed up.
People will get annoyed by that, then probably quit. To be honest I see no fix to pub other than sorting out the levs/weasels, and maybe (I stress maybe) sticking a nightwasp in there.(Twerp and Duel Pasta)
