Lets remove usage limits in elim/baseelim

    Hello new and old players alike! You may be pleased to know that the usage requirement to play in ?go Elim and ?go Baseelim have been removed. This means you can be a completely new player with no experience in Continuum, and get to immerse yourself in the competitive and ranked play in the elimination arenas. Check it out if you're a new player, and if you're a seasoned veteran, its time to start ranking again because the arena will be bustling with action.

      Don't remove the 1000 from elim 2 though =)

        i'm happy baseelim and elim are KINDA more alive than the last few months

        good job on removing the usage limit, this makes ppl wanna rank more on newb names
