My Farewell
In May of 2008 I will complete 10 years of subspace...well, it's hard to start a farewell when your devotion is still not over. During these 10 years, I lived in 3 different countries, finished my high school, accepted the challenge to graduate as a lawyer...old relationships were gone as many new others came...although, this game was by my side in almost every moment...not to comfort me, but always to remind me how good my adolescence was. I'm pretty sure a few others like me dedicated much more than mechanical commands to achieve a 2D gaming objective or to kill and get killed. Here I had the chance to meet people completely different from me...living in places where values are even opposite sometimes...at the end, this experience determined how I am now, definetely it open my mind to know who I am through a particular lens of the world.
New paths arouse in front of me, my dad had a sudden cardiac problem, a great job opportunity came up...impeling me to review my obligations and habits. I could be not telling you all this whereas I have never talked before with the majority members of this forums, however, somehow, everyone made part of my life...and I won't forget it, never!
Thanks for all Staff Members. Thank you Kim for the gift to make me a staff one day. Thanks Nycle and Falk for being comprehensive and judicious. Thanks Left for being adorable and all the rest (I mean everyone) for being great partners in this big family.
