It becomes obscene when people take to abbreviating it. We'd rather avoid those problems as it's already problematic enough with Nige and Nightmare- around. Besides, no one gives a flying fuck what your favourite country is. Save it for your 5th grade geography assignment buddy.

nobody gives a flying fuck about 2 people having a conversation even in pub together. is it really necessary to warn every instance?

oh and yeah, nobody on staff gives a flying fuck about racism either, they don't take any steps towards preventing/correcting racism only to warn/ban the use of three to six keys typed in a certain order. THis doesn't address racism at all.

To rid TW of racism: 1) find out who's calling each other racist names. 2)Find out if it's someone attacking someone BECAUSE OF RACE. 3) talk to both parties, ie the one who called the mod and the one who is the instigator, and find out the situation. 4) if the one person is a bigot, then take action, not before.

I can understand how maybe in Australia, the only time you hear the n word is from bigots. But here in America, it's usually the other way around. seriously about 70% of the time i hear it is friendly (hell mostly from black people) and about 30% of the time its from rednecks.

I can live without saying it in public messages, i don't usually say it irl. But others aren't the same way and don't understand why they get persecuted in a game for what goes on everyday irl.

as a matter of fact, it would be very hard to prove racism in general, unless some one posts "i hate <> people". this probably wouldn't even get a warning, and it's egregiously more racist than saying "what's up my HOMIE" or "HOMIE please"

i just ask that you come down off your high horse of moral righteousness and supposed agenda of racial equality and just admit you take pride in banning people - its why you're around, isn't it - and even more pride that they lose no matter the situation

We can't end racism, it's something that takes generations to disappear, but it eventually will or it'll just manifest itself in some other way

You can end racism by removing the racists, a luxary the real world doesn't have. By banning people who aren't really racists, you lump them in a category that they can't defend themselves out of, and make that category seem larger than it really is.

If you ban someone for actually being racist, ban them for good. These 3 day bans for saying HOMIE don't do anything, do they? they start shit on these forums. If someone repeatedly offends others, just permanently ban them. But this is easy to abuse if you don't genuinely try to find racists (and this is the problem)

and there is a difference between racism and prejudices/stereotypes. i don't blame the idiot 10 yr olds whose racist parents instilll that shit in them.

there are a certain few who feel the need to try and get as close as they can with racist comments and words then whine bitch and moan when they get banned. usually, the people trying to be racist are not funny whatsoever, but the shit they spout when they get warned or banned is great. i condone this activity.

when someone is being a dickhead for the fun of being a dickhead, thats great for you. if you get banned because youre a dickhead that decided to bend some rules around, even better.
