I've got to ask why we the people who are related with TW are not invloved in the process; why can we not decide which staff we would like to see and i'm not saying high level staff Like BanG or Sysop (although having another BanG operator would be nice, actually it would be a god send) but people like <ER> or <ZH> where they are chosen by current staff or recommended. Not exactly fair when there might be someone who does a much better job then others on current staff who tend to to shit all and actually make the zone a more enjoyable zone to be in and play in. In a way i see this as staffing being given to the people that staff think are good for staff even though they may be actual shocking and cunts but as long as they like them its all good.
So there are more active <ER>'s not just HMS or Krazie who probably host the msot events but lets face it how many <ER> are there who do shit all. Yes obv with this kind of system there are going to be problems but lets face it staff are not exactly loved to the bone. So it can only get better. If people like Rudy and left eye can get onto staff then the people who actually play the zone shold be considered for staff too. There are good staff on atm but there could be more.
if someone is rejected you can put down the reasons why they have rejected and it can be discussed.
More ideas to this are welcome.
