    Raise the energy penalty of shark mines

    ...to, say, 300. (it is currently 200)

    What do you think?

    It's a small modification whose effect on the dynamics of the game I believe would be good.

                  Either decrease the shark's rep radius or the duration of the rep. It's goddamn retarded how their reps last so long that you can shoot a bomb at them AFTER they've repped and it still gets repped.
