No, you made your bed now lie in it, it is obvious to me what the problem is. We have 7 automated events between wbduels javduels elim javelim tourny duel base and TWD running constantly. There is too many events for people to choose from to get any players in any one arena. However, do you think after all of your crying, that javs who left javelim to go play javs will SERIOUSLY come back to javelim because its mixed in with warbird elim... it is pointless, and does not serve any purpose except to waste peoples time making and setting up the map, and doesn't fix the real problem with the scarcity of players in the zone. If there was only one warbird, and one jav event on at a time in ?go elimination and ?go javelim then the problem would be solved.

First of all almost any time im idling or not playing twd or go base im in baseelim, so I havent 'made any beds'

Second, people are more like to go to/play in an arena that has more people in it. Its common sense.

Now please, what are the negatives, if they are 2 separate events, hosted in the same arena.

And I agree, ?go javs should be added to the current baseelim map if they dont combine the elims. That way people can still play even if they are eliminated/waiting.

I want to let all of you know two things:

1. A cleaner, working elim bot with more features is currently being worked on.
2. The alertbots did not work properly for a long time but they are now fixed. You can type !on to an alert bot in any of the base, javduel, wbduel, or elim arenas and be notified when a game is starting.

If we killed all the other automated events during the weekdays, even javduel wbduel etc, and just kept javelim, elim, and base, then things would work better, but this would be pointless until that time is what I am trying to say. It would be nice to have 100 people in one arena playing an automated events, I agree. However, this zone isn't the zone it was when this first happened.

The reason this is no because not everyone is an idiot thank god, here are some of the things people were thinking when they said no to the poll.

1. Javs already killed their elim with ?go javs.

2. There is already a ?go tourny which when warbird tourny is going on, javs leave or enter in and lesser the competition.

3. Vice Versa.

4. If you combine the two, you will just kill elim and make wbduel more popular. Which would just kill elim just as javelim got killed.

5. Warbirds don't want to wait 30 minutes for a slow javmatch to finish up, warbirds are MUCH quicker.

5. If base was dying would you try combing all three into one arena?

6. Why not combine javelim with base to get more players for javs and basers.

7. Why try to ruin the only active automated elimination in TW.

8. Jav and WB's have different cultures, you can't combine the two.

Well the best point in there is.


If we are going to combine javs and warbirds into one elimination, why not combine base into it as well, that way basers who don't get picked can enter into jav and warbird elims to lesser the competition that way. Imagine if we combined all three leagues into one arena, we would have 3x the players, not just 2x.

You have to do !on to each alertbot you want to receive messages from. They don't all send you messages when you turn one one. However, there is an !off command if you change your mind about one. As of now, you have to do !on to the bots you want to receive notification from each time you log in. I think that's ridiculous and I'll be changing it shortly.
