I know staff is getting complaints for everything and that it sucks, but that doesn't change the fact that this is a real issue.
When starting base when there's not too many players in there, we need to have good caps. Picking a bad cap is like starting base just to !killgame straight after, wasting your time for coming in and starting, and the players time for coming to the arena. Capping the first two players to call for cap and then leaving again will kill the game off pretty fast if one of them isn't able. If you don't get 2 decent caps to volunteer ask the players you trust that are in there to do it. When I did this when I was on staff I almost always found someone who would accept being cap.
?go base is maybe the most important arena in TW, because its the only place where players can learn how the competitive game work and where we can practice without being dependent of your squad.
