Fun names have been overplayed, but there isn't much way to reverse this now. It would have been nice if it was always F1 vs F2, and every now and again for large audiences change the names for shits and giggles, but you can't really do that anymore.

It's just names though, it's not a big deal it's the gameplay etc. that counts...

I've never seen you like any names that weren't hatefull and idiotic bob. However i have my own whine about this bot bs.

Mmav i appreciate all the work that this must have taken... but sometimes bots lag people out and sometimes just being put in lags them out (dunno why but i've had it happen in tourny to me several times). So when one of these lagouts are capt's ... some idiot can take that capt's place even though the capt comes right back in... completely screwing up the game for the old cap and last night they were doing it just to sub out anyoen they didn't like.

Thankfully though i haven't seen anywhere near as much newbified abuse as i thought i would yet.

Don't listen to idiots who think that a lack custom names and "anyone can cap" (which was exactly like it was before) are bad things.

No one gives a shit what the custom names are. You don't know what they are until you're ALREADY in wbduel. And I don't think you were stopping by just to check out what cool names someone came up with... you were there to play. Yeah ppl liked them, but they didn't play because of them... that's utter BS.

I'm pretty sure not having a dd available and long lines in elim are what keep wbduel alive. And who cares if its down for a bit, you can start it anytime there's 2 ppl around to !cap it. If you can't get enough ppl, then having the old settings isn't going to get you any more...

Few small changes to this subject;
- When you do !cap and the game is started, you are automatically assigned captain of the 1st team (Freq 1). No need to PM !cap again.

Upcoming change (just waiting to reboot the bots):
- You can't volunteer for captain if you were captain in the previous game. We've had some complaints that a few players were hogging the captain spots and were getting captain each game. This change prevents that.
However, if there is a case when only two people can !cap and they've been captain the previous game, contact staff through a ?help call.
