I belive the biggest change that we'll see visually is the score board/system will be in use. Mostly just bug fixes.

The only things I can notice in 0.38 is:
The ?arena list working for staff when there are lots of private arenas.

Being able to edit options and view links in Alt+Tab

well, the radar grid is a way better to see. the ability to edit chats in window mode is useful too

It's good in small radar but sucks in the alt-radar (the big one )
