Click options, Video options:
Compressor: Microsoft Video 1
Quality: 55 (The higher the quality is- the ships move less smoothly)
(The lower the quality than 55- the walls trail obviously)
Set Key Frames every: 200 frames
Click Configure: Set TQR to 1.00
Framerates
Capture every: 5 Milliseconds
Playback rate: 200 frames/sec
I clicked Auto adjust
Set framerate to Max.
Click ok.
Click Region on main screen, set it to Full screen.
Beaware, when u are recording using this program, even if u click record from Audio speakers (and not record audio from microphone) it WILL record from ur microphone anyway! Some kind of fault, only way i got past this (if u dont want ur mic on but still want to record sound) is:
If u have windows vista... right click ur sound icon next to the time display at bottom right, click recording devices, disable:
Microphone Array
Microphone/ Line in.
Enable: Rec. playback. Click OK.
