does anyone really care about the theme (color/buttons) of the forum?

i'm asking because, for consistency's sake, it bugs me that the forums still have this old, plain look whilst tw.org got a nice facelift. if enough people give a shit, i'd be willing to put together a forum theme that matches the look of tw.org.

I'm fine as long as someone fixes those broken img links. Like for tags, there's apparently some image that doesn't exist. But sure, I'd be up to use a new forum layout.

If I knew how to code forums I would do it, I can create the necessary graphics if given the correct direction to suit TWD site.

I think that this look is fine. There's a reason it was chosen: it's easy on the eyes and it's got a smooth look. Something like trenchwars.org for forums would be pretty intolerable. I'm not saying that the main website looks bad...I think it looks good. But for forums, it just doesn't fit, it doesn't look good, and something that doesn't look good doesn't look professional.

I can't stand the normal trenchwars layout... so I would be completely up for you giving it a facelift

This forum layout is great - it's perfect for office display. A co-worker walks by and this page doesn't look suspicious at all. In fact it looks a lot like this company's records program layout. Keeps me out of trouble

I forgot, you can select which forum style you want to use under the User CP.

Jason, by all means, make up a new style and people can choose to use it or not.
