basing is dying because basers arent recruiting newbs.

If you compare basing to the rest of the twd. Its fairly obvious twdd has alot of newb squads. Most of these squads (lower half) Actively recruit newbies, where as these basing squads havent done so in a long time. (other than bw and pene) Basers need to go pub more often and recruit fresh from them. These players can eventually become good and run their own squads.

It might sound good on paper, but when you actually go out and try to recruit from pub or elim or w.e you'll realize that there aren't many to be recruited.

Also, many squadless pubbers WANT to be squadless. I dont know why but they will not join a squad, doesnt make sense to me.

The idea that automation is what killed it is pretty dumb. If staff is really supposed to pick whoever asks for it first, and not only give it to experienced people, its no different whatsoever, except now we have to wait for a staff member to come.

Why are there shiplimits in go base?

The message I get today said something about adding limits to special ships to go base so that teams don't become to unbalanced. Since when did having a shit ton of specials make your team better than the other one? On the other hand, sometimes a team of 3 warbirds works out just fine.

The whole point of ?go base is that it isn't ?go twbd and you can dick around a little bit. Please change this back before I cry myself to sleep.
