The whole @tw.org isnt working, we can use hotmail, or gmail. I use mine, as I have always allowed the players to freely email me.

i'd figure i rather pm them then send them an email they won't read/reply to.

The first is the Ban Email, you may send any complaints about a ban there. It is hard to PM someone sometimes.
Connection is our BanG Op, and handles all ban issues.


The second is the complaints/compliments email about staff abuse/staff commendations. That is currently not working, sadly. We are working on that. This would normally sent to all the SMods in the zone. I am accepting all emails for this at mikebergsteinsson@hotmail.com. I will forward any complaints to the proper department head.
