like... especially when there is no banID and there is no "send complains to ban email/complaint email" crap either in the message... I mean it was only for 5 minutes, for that person to prove a point to me... but just wondering cuz.. if it was never removed, I would never have been able to say anything if I disagreed

means you got *killed ... coz every ban got a banid
if u got a lifetime ban then the years does not match the current date.

The second is the complaints/compliments email about staff abuse/staff commendations. That is currently not working, sadly. We are working on that. This would normally sent to all the SMods in the zone. I am accepting all emails for this at mikebergsteinsson@hotmail.com. I will forward any complaints to the proper department head.
